Bolivia, in a few years: the beautiful South American country has become the largest producer of cocaine in the world. The Santa Blanca cartel of illegal goods has turned the country into a narco-state, ruled by villains, fear, injustice and violence. The cartel is on the verge of becoming a major power and a global threat.



The outbreak of war is not a solution. A surgical, discreet and lethal approach is recommended to cut the root disease. The Ghost team, an elite US Special Forces force, is sent into enemy territory to wreak havoc, destabilize and destroy the alliance between the cartel and the corrupt government.
