Far Cry 6 has been announced, revealing a Caribbean island seething with revolutionary tension!

The Far Cry franchise has always had a flair for fascinating antagonists, and Far Cry 6 will star actor Giancarlo Esposito ("Better Call Saul," "The Boys," "The Mandalorian") as President Anton Castillo, the violent leader who seizes Yara Island with an iron fist, promising a return to its former glory.

With an arsenal of weapons and allies at your back, you'll take on Castillo's regime and fight for Yara's future.



Characteristics:

- As Dani Rojas (playable as female or male), you will help put out the fires of revolution through guerilla warfare on the island of Yara, from the green jungle to the urban streets of the capital, Esperanza
- You'll wield a powerful array of weapons and vehicles and build a network of allies to fight alongside you, including canines for hire like Chorizo, the danger-distracting Viennese dog
- As President Castillo prepares his son Diego, played by Anthony Gonzalez ("Coco"), to succeed him, you'll do everything you can to prevent his plans from coming to fruition



- Play as Dani Rojas, a local Yaran and become a guerilla fighter for the liberation of the nation
- Battle Anton's troops in the biggest Far Cry playground yet, on jungles, beaches and Esperanza, the capital city of Yara
- Hire weapons, vehicles and Amigos, the new tights for hire to burn the tyrannical regime to the ground
