Arthur Harrow was a former Avatar of Khonshu and a previous holder of the title Knight of the Moon who became disillusioned with Khonshu and became devoted to Ammit.

He formed a cult of disciples dedicated to bringing her back to life and giving her judgment on the world.

Harrow managed to free Ammit from her prison and became her Avatar, but was stopped by a resurrected Moon Knight and the Scarlet Scarab, who imprisoned Ammit in his body.
