Abe is a Mudokon from the titular planet Oddworld. The Mudokons are an enslaved race forced to work in the factories of RuptureFarm, producing food for the planet's corporate masters.

Chosen by the capricious finger of fate, Abe, a first-class breeder for RuptureFarms, was catapulted into a life of adventure when he heard the plans of his boss, Molluck Glukkon.

His boss wanted to turn Abe and his fellow Mudokons into Tasty Treats as part of a last-ditch effort to save Molluck's declining meatpacking empire.



During his escape from RuptureFarms, Abe received a vision from the mysterious Big Face, who shows Abe that he must save his fellow Mudokons.

Also, the vision made him aware of the mission to protect all the creatures of Oddworld from the predatory Cartel Magog.

After completing the difficult trials of the Temple and traveling through a wasteland with his friend Elum, Abe received the impressive power of Shrykull.



Returning to RuptureFarms, Abe destroyed the infected slaughterhouse, saved his friends, and brought some lightning straight to the top of Molluck's pointed head.

While Abe may not be able to fight, he can run, jump and sneak to evade enemies with his friends in tow.

He can also speak and use various commands such as "Wait" and "Follow me", recruit Mudokons and attempt to escort them to portals and escape unharmed.

- Players must help Abe on his epic journey as he tries to escape his fate and save his fellow Mudokons from RuptureFarms.
- With your help he will be able to escape from the dark depths of RuptureFarms and the desolate, inhospitable and downright terrifying surroundings.
- The levels are also full of traps, meat grinders, pits and many other hazards that are great for destroying the game's many monstrous enemies.
- You have the ability to control the minds of enemies, using them to eliminate other enemies or simply make them explode or fall into the abyss.
