Jagged Alliance: Back in Action is a remake of the game Jagged Alliance 2, the most popular title of the series released in 1999.

The action presented from a 3D isometric perspective will take place in Arulco, a country ruled by a dictator.

The players will control a group of rebels who are trying to remove it from power by any means including diplomatic and economic.

A new "Complex Rule Set" includes "Plan & Go" an innovative system that is designed to focus on real-time combat in a move away from the turn-based gameplay that the series was known for.

It also removes the element of 'fog of war' which allows players to plan complex strategies and improves the flow of missions to make the game more alert.
