After an earthquake in the city of Angel Grove, a group of five young friends find a robot named Alpha 5, which leads them to meet the galactic mage Zordon.

Chosen by Zordon to face evil in the form of the witch Rita Repulsa, they were each given a Power Morpher.

Billy Cranston, the Blue Ranger, is considered the brains of the team and is responsible for creating devices to solve problems that even Zordon didn't anticipate.

Symbolized by a Triceratops, depicted in his blue-and-white costume, he poses with his spear in hand, ready to face any threat.
