Ratchet & Clank comes to PlayStation 4 for the first time with a new game based on elements from the original Ratchet & Clank (PS2).

Ratchet & Clank takes a deeper look at the characters' origin stories and modernizes the original game.

It features several new planets, all-new bosses, new Clank gameplay, new flight sequences and more - with all-new visuals built to harness the power of PS4.



Characteristics:

- The main playable character is Ratchet, although Clank is playable in several parts of the game
- As Ratchet, the player navigates various environments, defeating enemies with a number of different weapons and gadgets and traversing obstacles
- Clank is attached to Ratchet as a backpack, performing multiple functions such as allowing him to dive into water and glide through the use of propellers
- Clank's gameplay sections are drastically different, even though the premise of navigating environments and controls remain the same



- Clank is not equipped with weapons; instead, he uses his fists to defeat enemies
- Clank's gameplay sections mainly revolve around solving environmental puzzles rather than defeating enemies
- A deeper version of the origin story with over an hour of cinematics, including footage from the feature film
- More new planets, new and updated game segments, completely new flight sequences
