Stripe is the leader of the gremlins. Stripe is much stronger, smarter and deadlier than the other gremlins.

As the main antagonist of the first Gremlins film, he is named after the white tuft of fur (or mohawk) on his head.

Like all gremlins, Stripe is inherently evil, but has proven to be quite vicious, brutal and menacing compared to most.
