The active gaming phenomenon pioneered by Wii Sports now extends to the whole body, thanks to the Wii Balance Board (undefined name), which comes bundled with Wii Fit.

The board is used for a wide range of dynamic and fun activities, including aerobics, yoga, muscle stretching and games.

Many of these activities focus on providing a "core" workout, a popular method of exercise that emphasizes slower, more controlled movements.

Family members will have fun staying active and talking about and comparing their results and progress on a new channel in the Wii menu.
