The next entry of the Etria Odia series is essentially two games in a single, the first Nintendo 3DS update to Etrian Odyssey 2: Heroes of Laggard (launched on Nintendo DS) with new layouts, new graphics and improvements of the recent system Etrian Odyssey Untold. The second is the Untold portion - a new story mode, with a fixed party, open dialogue and animated scenes, following the failed story of FAFNIR KNIGHT and Princess Arianna. Like Q Personal Persona, the indecisive portion of the game focuses strongly on the characters and their interactions as the story about the FAFNIR Knight and Princess Arianna takes place as they venture in the ruins of GinnungAgap and the Yggdrasil labyrinth with the Flavio hero and the two mysterious Adventurers, Bertrand and Chloe.
