Both new characters are playable through the original four acts of Diablo II, as well as the new fifth act.

Discover thousands of new, unique, set, exceptional, and elite magical items and keep them in your expansive private stash. Crafted items, Runewords, Jewels and other enhancements add more ways to power up your characters.



Characteristics:

- Two new character classes: Assassin and Druid.
- An extensive private stash for storing items.
- An alternate mainhand/offhand configuration that can be changed via a hotkey during gameplay.
- Hirelings as well as summons can now follow the player outside of the Act in which they were hired.



- New unique items, including many exceptional and elite unique items.
- New set items, including sets that use class-specific items.
- The game can now be played at 800x600 resolution, up from the standard 640x480.
