Burning Horizon

Burning Horizon throws you into even more dramatic World War II battles. In addition, the add-on contains 8 simple missions with a whole new nation at war: Japan.

The game features a massive 18-mission campaign centered around General Rommel, giving you the opportunity to play through famous battles such as the Ardennes, Tripoli, Tobruk, El Alamein, Sicily and of course Normandy.

50 new units such as Zero fighters and Blenheim bombers, M5 Stuart and many specialized German tanks, US Marines and Afrika Korps units complete the strategy pack.

Burning Horizon features improved AI: the enemy looks for weak points in your lines, clears minefields, and intelligently maneuvers its air force.




Rolling Thunder

This new standalone product added even more features to the world of Blitzkrieg.

The recommended hardware specifications have been improved for this newer version of the game.

Blitzkrieg always had modest hardware requirements, so it wasn't necessary to have the newest high-end gaming rig available.



Characteristics:

- New theaters of war: Australia-Guinea, Siberia, Spain, the snowy forests of the Ardennes.
- Struggle for resources: Occupying railway stations, ports, tank factories and airports ensures a constant supply of the player - or the enemy.
- New infantry units: Arab snipers, Norwegian infantry, Russian partisans.
- Advanced Gameplay: Amplifying the role of infantry units through "elite-camouflage" mode.
- Elite infantry can hide from enemy troops and are only exposed after opening fire.
- Tactical variations: Amphibious landings, tank chases, enemy commando missions (Battle of the Bulge), POWs transmit minefield plans.
- Mission objectives include a wide range, for example, air assaults, evacuations, covert operations, defensive maneuvers, counterattacks and assassinations.
