Hiei, also known as Jaganshi Hiei, is a main character in the anime and manga series YuYu Hakusho by Yoshihiro Togashi.

He is called "Hiei of the Evil Eye" in the Viz manga. Originally an antagonist during the Spirit Detective Saga.

He almost eliminates Yusuke Urameshi, but later becomes one of the four protagonists.

Hiei prefers to keep his distance from others, so he often appears aloof and evasive.
